Viking operates a fleet of small, state-of-the-art ocean ships featuring all-veranda staterooms. Each sister ship accommodates fewer than 1,000 guests and is designed to dock directly in most ports. Classified by Cruise Critic as "small ships," the fleet is characterized by understated elegance and modern Scandinavian design. Viking’s adults-only fleet expanded further in 2026 with the launch of the *Viking Libra*, the world’s first hydrogen-powered ship. The *Viking Libra* offers six different stateroom categories—all featuring balconies—ranging from the "Veranda" stateroom (approx. 27 m²) to the "Owner’s Suite" (approx. 135 m²).
All accommodations, regardless of category, include 24-hour service and bathrooms equipped with heated floors, bathrobes, and slippers. For dining, guests can choose between "The Restaurant" (serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner) and the "World Cafe" (buffet). The popular Italian restaurant "Manfredi’s" is located next to the "Chef’s Table" (available for a surcharge) and the "Kitchen Table," where cooking classes are held. A highlight for spa enthusiasts is Viking’s "Nordic Spa," featuring amenities such as a large thermal pool, comfortable loungers, a sauna, a steam room, and a snow grotto.
